Sharing with customers

Send a customer a private link to an invoice or to their statement. They open it on their phone without signing in.

Sharing

• From an invoice: More > Share link with customer.
• From a customer: Share statement: their balance and every unpaid invoice.

Choose how long the link works (7, 30 or 90 days), then Copy link, or send it by WhatsApp or SMS.

What the customer sees

Your business name and contacts, the invoice lines and totals, the KRA eTIMS number when signed, and what is left to pay. If M-Pesa is connected they can tap Pay with M-Pesa, enter their number and approve the prompt; the payment is recorded against the invoice.

Anyone with the link can see it until it expires.
