Price lists

A price list gives a group of customers their own prices: wholesale buyers, staff, or a contract customer.

Making a price list

1. Open Sales > Price lists and choose New price list.
2. Set what happens to products you don't list: for example -10 sells them 10% below the normal price, 0 keeps the normal price.
3. Add products with their own fixed price on this list.
4. Open each customer and choose the price list under Price list.

How it is used

When you pick a product on a quotation, invoice, cash sale or at the till, the price comes from that customer's price list. You can still change the price on any line.

A price list used by customers can't be deleted; move them first or mark it inactive.
