Workspace settings
Settings holds the details that appear on your documents and KRA submissions. Owners and Admins can change them; everyone else can see the workspace name.

| Registered (legal) name | The name on your certificate of incorporation, if different |

Modules
Modules decides which parts of MannaBooks appear in the menu: Sales and invoicing, Point of sale, Purchasing, Stock and warehouses, Manufacturing, Cash and banking, Leave and payroll, Projects, and Budgets, approvals and assets.
- What the business mainly does ticks the modules that goal needs. You can then tick more, or untick any.
- Switching a module off only hides it from the menu. Its records stay, and switching it back on brings them back.
- Accounting, reports, customers, products, suppliers, employees and settings are always on.
Workspaces created before modules existed have everything switched on.
Numbering
Each kind of record has its own number series, for example employees EMP-0001. A series appears the first time it is used. You can change its prefix, or move the next number up (never down), so numbers are never reused.
Deleting a workspace
Only an Owner can delete a workspace, and must type its name to confirm. Nobody can open it afterwards; its records are kept for audit.
